Construction Coordinator

The Construction Coordinator will be primarily responsible for conducting assessments on homes for health, safety, and other hazards and coordinating rehab work based on the assessments. Construction Coordinator will also work with partner agencies on HUD grant programs for rehabilitation of homes and assist with Weatherization program. This position will also supervise the weatherization crew staff and their needs and duties. Responsibilities - Crew hiring, assessment, supervision, and needs - Crew Scheduling - Supervise work of crews and/or contractors and job site monitoring checks and provide technical assistance when needed - Addressing issues and job adjustments as needed per resource or client availability - Conduct HHP assessments, produce work orders from those assessments. - Communicate job specs to crew when scheduled - Review work upon completion and post assessment - Complete work orders for work indicated by the assessments to include materials required, measures indicated and any other contract specifications - Attend staff meetings and trainings as assigned - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements - 4 years related education and 2 years experience; OR 2 years related education plus 4 years experience; OR any combination - Experience in construction trades, project management - 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience - Valid South Dakota driver’s license with no major violations within the past three (3) years - Work environment will be in private homes. Construction Department Manager

WSDCA is seeking a Construction Department Manager to assist with our weatherization and home rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities: - Supervision of Warehouse team and Weatherization Team and other assigned personnel - Manage schedules of weatherization jobs and associated home rehabilitation activities - Coordinate with other home programs on rehabilitation projects - Develop construction industry partnerships for staff and contractor contracts - Help identify program opportunities for WSDCA and assist with procuring grants as appropriate - Manage the Agency’s general operations - Data management for reporting grants program - Task and schedule management - Ensure communication and collaboration among home projects, WSDCA projects, and Agency partners - Identify and schedule training needs for staff as needed - Assist in developing and formalizing operating procedures for the agency - Coordinate with other staff and service providers as needed on equipment and facility needs - Review/establish program budget reports Must have: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Two years of Project Management experience - Three years Personnel Management/Supervision experience - Two years' experience reviewing/establishing program budgets and reports - Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Nice to have: - Project Management Software - Nonprofit experience - Grant writing and reporting - Experience with Rapid City community organizations and partnerships - Experience with construction industry Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License Work location: In person Eight (8) Hour Shift M-F Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Salary: 55,000 - 62,000 DOE

Senior Meal Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Meal Coordinator to lead our meal program with enthusiasm and expertise. This position is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Responsibilities Client Services & Communication - Manage all incoming communications including phone calls, voicemails, and emails regarding meal program enrollment, cancellations, meal quantity changes, and general inquiries Data Management & Record Keeping - Maintain accurate, up-to-date participant files and databases across multiple platforms (Capstone, Feeding SD systems, internal tracking) - Enter and update client information including NAPIS forms, meal quantities, and service changes - Track active participants, meal allocations, and monthly participation - Generate end-of-month database reports - Ensure data integrity through regular quality control checks Administrative & Financial Coordination - Process donation receipts and maintain deposit documentation Prepare and mail monthly suggested donation invoices to participants - Track and report vehicle expenses including gas, mileage, maintenance, and cleaning - Coordinate new client onboarding, including mailing NAPIS forms and program information Route & Delivery Coordination - Create and maintain accurate route sheets with current participant information - Coordinate with volunteers through email and phone outreach - Collect, scan, and submit delivery signature documentation - Distribute route materials and return envelopes to volunteers (physical or digital) Logistics & Inventory Management - Coordinate meal pickups from warehouse and Feeding SD drop locations - Conduct direct deliveries to participants in multiple locations (Martin, Edgemont, Box Elder, Rapid City area) - Manage inventory tracking and quality control following resupply and deliveries - Stock program freezers and maintain supply levels - Conduct proactive client outreach to confirm delivery dates and schedules - Gather participant feedback and testimonials to support program evaluation QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED - One (1) year experience and/or training working with recruitment programming, kitchen sanitation, and bookkeeping or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to multitask - Excellent organizational skills - Drivers' license - Detail oriented and able to carry out written or verbal instructions - Excellent problem-solving skills in various situations, sometimes with few concrete variables - Experience in working with volunteers and elderly individuals. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to be bonded. **Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Reach and lift 10-30 pounds with little difficulty. Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour DOE
