Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is here to lend a helping hand to our neighbors facing challenges with heating bills. Designed for low-income households, our program provides small grants, offering a comforting boost to ease the burden of heating expenses. Because everyone deserves a warm and cozy home, no matter the circumstances.
STEP 1
We are a provider for LIHEAP energy services. However, the South Dakota Department of Social Services (DSS) processes and approves applications. Follow the link below to apply. You may contact WSDCA regarding general LIHEAP questions, or about your existing LIHEAP service, but questions about the application itself should be directed to personnel at DSS.​
