VITA Program

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with tax season? The VITA program is here to offer free tax assistance with a warm touch. If your income is $67,000 or less, if you have a disability, or if English isn't your first language, VITA's IRS-certified volunteers are ready to provide free basic income tax return preparation, including electronic filing.

Please note that as of September 2025, due to program changes, western South Dakota no longer has the VITA program.
