2. User Eligibility & Minors

This Site is intended primarily for adult users seeking community assistance, information, or opportunities to support WSDCA.

Any false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information provided by you through form submissions or program applications; or
Your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the Site shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennington County, South Dakota, for the resolution of any legal dispute.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
